Alastair Sim gives one of his most memorable performances as a whimsically complacent police inspector investigating a series of murders at a wartime emergency hospital in this masterful comedy thriller from Frank Launder and Sidney Gilliat. Deftly subverting the conventions of the standard whodunit , Green for Danger features atmospheric cinematography from Wilkie Cooper and strong supporting performances from Trevor Howard, Sally Gray and Rosamund John. This classic post-war feature is now presented in a brand-new transfer from original film elements and in its original theatrical aspect ratio. When an air raid casualty dies on the operating table a theatre sister stumbles upon evidence suggesting his death was no accident. When she in turn is killed, Inspector Cockrill – realising that each remaining suspect has a strong motive for the murders – must reconstruct the crime to reveal the killer's true identity…
Tropico V is the latest installment in the series of city builder simulation games created by Haemimont Games. Since the very beginning of this construction and management game franchise, Tropico was loved by players and critics due to the fact, that while it was quite a complex strategic game, it never took itself very seriously. Even though the players decide on the fate of the entire island nation, build cities, manage the population and establish the government, the game is filled with dozens of jokes and caricatures of real nations, historical figures and events and even the satire character of the El Presidente, the player’s representative in Tropico game. With Tropico 5 Complete Collection (PC), you can be the El Presidente even longer and make your nation flourish and develop for many years.GameplayIn general, Tropico 5follows a similar premise as its predecessors. However, it should be noted that all the elements have been significantly upgraded since the first installment in the series. Once again, you're going to take control over a small city on the remote island. In this city construction and management simulation, your main aim is to make your little city to flourish. You can enjoy the campaign mode, where you are taken through the history of the island nation, divided into a set of missions connected with each other. Here you are not only going to create your own, powerful country but you are also going to learn how El Presidente was able to gain so much power in the beginning. There is also a sandbox mode where you can pick the era in which the game starts, generate the island, choose the starting money and even requirements to fulfill and play any type of scenario you want to.The game also introduces a multiplayer mode, which might be surprising for a tycoon title. However, in Tropico V it is possible to enjoy the sandbox, quick co-op scenarios, and even PvP. Furthermore, Tropico 5 also provides you with some RPG elements. You create your own El Presidente and his dynasty which can have up to 7 members. Each one of them has different traits which level up with each scenario and have a serious impact on the gameplay itself. For example, one of your characters might increase the effectiveness of all buildings while the other might raise your profits from mining.Plot of Tropico 5The plot presented in the single-player campaign, guide you through the career of the Caribbean island leader - El Presidente and all members of his dynasty. You start as a Governor of small island colony of the equivalent of the Britsh Empire in the game, chosen by Lord Oaksworth to take care of an island chosen by you, for a period of 4 years. Slowly, you're going to gain more power and each mission will make you deal with more problems. You'll be forced to defend your island from enemy forces, be accused of the assassination and even participate in the nuclear race during the cold war. Being El Presidente is a hard thing to do, but at the end of the century, your people may remember them as the national hero.CharactersAs it was mentioned before, Tropico series never took itself too seriously and the fifth game follows the same pattern. It is filled with crazy, over the top characters that besides the player character, include: Penultimo, the advisor and second-in-command to El Presidente, who is extremely loyal, but definitely not the brightest person in the world. Leon Kane, the friend and mentor of the player character and the main antagonist and leader of an organization known as The Order at the same time.Abraham Zweistein who is an obvious parody of one and only, Albert Einstein. And finally, there is Veronica Veneno, who symbolizes capitalism in its worst way. She is greedy and she exploits both the people and the environment. All these characters are so over the top, that you simply cannot take them seriously.ReceptionReception of Tropico 5from both players and critics in general have been very positive. As a good side of the game, reviewers usually points out the strategic aspect of the game, great humor, and interesting plot. The game has been seen as a very good continuation of the acclaimed Tropico series.Complete Collection containsBesides the basic version of the Tropico 5 game, the Complete Collection provides you with all the DLCs which are twelve expansion packs such as:Espionage,Generallisimo,Gone Green,Inquisition,Joint Venture,Mad World,Supervillain,Surfs Up!,T-Day,The Big Cheese,The Super Computer,Waterborne.

High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Adventureland is one of the "themed lands" at the many Magic Kingdom-style parks run by The Walt Disney Company around the world. It is themed to resemble the remote jungles in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, desert islands, South America, and the South Pacific. "To create a land that would make this dream reality", said Walt Disney, "we pictured ourselves far from civilization, in the remote jungles of Asia and Africa." Adventureland provides a 1950s view of exotic adventure, capitalizing on the post-war Tiki craze. Lush vegetation resembles jungles while elements of the other surround the visitor. Tribal performance masks, Congo drums, non-American totem poles, exotic animal statues, and architecture of Pacific influence make for a confined area wherein industry and technology take a back seat to uncharted nature. Noted art historian David T. Doris explains Adventureland as, a pastiche of imaginary colonial spaces, conflated within the green and foliate milieu of the Jungle.
Green Lantern: Rebirth was a six-issue monthly American comic book limited series written by Geoff Johns and illustrated by Ethan Van Sciver. Published by DC Comics between October 2004 and May 2005, the series featured characters from throughout the sixty year history of Green Lantern comics. The storyline follows the "rebirth" of the Silver Age Green Lantern Hal Jordan as he overcomes fear itself in the form of the cosmic entity Parallax. The series starred various members of the intergalactic police force known as the Green Lantern Corps, Kyle Rayner, John Stewart and Guy Gardner. It revived elements of the Green Lantern mythos including the Guardians of the Universe, Kilowog and the villain Sinestro, while introducing new concepts such as the emotional spectrum.
